TalentRx™ was developed as a solution to challenges faced by our parent company, which has a need for high-volume recruiting and executive search. We were frustrated by two critical challenges: finding the right people and maintaining the quality of our talent funnel.
We tried everything, from partnering with traditional large-scale staffing organizations and holding them accountable for outcomes like graduating candidates from training to simply filling the funnel. We even brought in consultants who promised to reduce employee turnover with specialized techniques, but nothing worked.
In 2017, we took matters into our own hands and began developing an internal platform. We were early adopters of artificial intelligence, even at a very basic level. However, we were already using the early version of our technology and started seeing real success. We connected with more candidates and consistently filled our training classes, leading clients to ask how we were managing to achieve these results.
We then shifted our focus to retention, ensuring that employees not only completed their training but also stayed through the critical three and six-month marks. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive—not only were we meeting our headcount goals, but we were also experiencing significantly lower turnover rates.
Through this success, we decided to commercialize TalentRx™. Now in its third iteration, the platform incorporates the latest advancements in generative AI. But what truly sets TalentRx™ apart is its 360-degree view, addressing the needs of both employees and employers. We believe this approach is revolutionary in the marketplace.
The TalentRx™ Platform is available to our customers in either an RPO/staffing model or on a licensed basis. To support this initiative, we’ve recently expanded our management team with dedicated professionals who share our vision.

Dan Plashkes

A pioneering leader in the Customer Care industry, founded SP Data Digital at 26 in 1986, laying the groundwork for the call center outsourcing business. He later co-founded SP Data in 2005, revitalizing the SP Data brand and leading it to prominence. Plashkes was instrumental in the 1996 merger that created International Data Response Corporation (IDRC), where he helped grow the company to the third-largest telemarketing firm in North America. He also founded and led eAssist Global Solutions as CEO until its sale in 2005. Recently, Plashkes played a pivotal role in launching TalentRx™, further showcasing his commitment to innovation and client success. Recognized as one of North America's Top 10 Telepros and an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Plashkes splits his time between San Diego County and client meetings across North America.

A co-founder of SP Data Digital, is a technology expert overseeing US and Canadian business operations and driving technological innovations. Before SP Data Digital, David co-founded eAssist with Dan, where he served as CTO and designed the first-generation, hosted multi-channel CRM and call center software platform. He has developed enterprise solutions for major Fortune 100 companies, including Mercedes Benz, McDonald's, AT&T, Sprint, TD Bank, and Bell Canada. David holds a BA in Political Science from York University and is currently focused on developing TalentRx™, a pioneering AI recruitment solution with a pending patent.
